Meeting of Polish producer ELMAD with Russian partners
On 8th of June, 2011 in a conference-hall of Russian agency for small and medium business support bilateral meetings of director of Polish producer ELMAD with potential Russian partners were held. Polish company deals with production of preserved salads made of vegetables and also frozen vegetables and fruit. Within the negotiations, variants of cooperation and the ways of Russian market entry were discussed. Russian companies attracted interest to production of Polish producer. In September, it will be another visit of company ELMAD to Moscow in order to participate in international exhibition and discussing concrete ways of cooperation.
Co-organizer of the event was center of Lubelska Fundacja Rozwoju (Enterprise Europe Network).

Russian Regions Business mission: "Export-Oriented Innovative SMEs: a partnership with SMEs of Sicily, Italy" (Palermo, April 23-28, 2012)
Russian-Italian economic and trade cooperation has been successfully developing in various sectors. In 2011 bilateral trade volume exceeded 46 billion dollars, which is 22% more than the previous year. Prospects of further development of bilateral trade turnover between Russia and Italy are dependent on the relations between territorial associations of these two countries, as well as on export-oriented small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which are competitive at global markets.

European Commission reports EEN-Russia leading positions
Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation of the European Commission reported on the activities of Article 21.5 Countries - partners of the Enterprise Europe Network - for the period from July 2009 to December 2010. Russia holds leading position on the various indicators among the 24 countries of this group (27 - European Union countries; 24 - Article 21.5 Countries also known as “third countries”)
